How to use 关于；对于
关于 + topic + 的 + noun; 对于 + object，response / evaluation
关于 commonly introduces the subject matter of a discussion, text, question, or other piece of information. 对于 more often identifies the person or matter toward which a response, evaluation, or understanding is directed. The meanings can overlap in topic-opening sentences, but the usual grammatical patterns reveal different ways of organizing the information.
关于…的 can modify a noun, specifying what an article, speech, or notice is about. 对于 does not freely replace it in that modifier structure. Both can introduce a matter at the beginning of a clause when the following comment supports the relationship. Choose according to whether you are naming subject matter or framing an attitude and response toward a particular object.

对于我们的工作表现，老板很满意。
The boss is very satisfied with our work performance.
对于这件事情他没什么看法。
He doesn't really have any opinion about this matter.

Yesterday he made a speech about the Chinese economy.

- Use 关于…的 to modify a noun by its subject matter.
- Use 对于 to frame a response or evaluation.
- Allow overlap only where the complete sentence supports it.
