Laowai Support
This page is for the Laowai app for iPhone and iPad. The Laowai School website is a separate service.
Contact support
Open Profile → Settings → Contact Support in the app. Replies appear in the same support chat.
For a bug, shake your iPhone or iPad anywhere in Laowai. Add a short explanation, review or remove the screenshot and technical details, then tap Send report.
What to include
- a short description and the steps that reproduce the problem;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- for sync issues, whether iCloud or account sign-in is enabled.
The shake report can include app/device diagnostics automatically, so you do not need to copy version numbers by hand.
Privacy
Support messages are stored in Firebase only to handle your request. See the separate Laowai Privacy Policy.
