How to use 就…来说
就 + Scope + Verb / 就 + Topic + (来说 / 而言) + Comment
就 can introduce the subject matter of an action such as discussing, explaining, or exchanging views. In that role, it comes before the topic and normally precedes the main verb. It tells the listener what the activity concerns. This is common in reports and organized discussion, where an explicit topic frame helps define the scope.
就…来说 and 就…而言 similarly identify the aspect from which a comment is being made. The phrase need not claim that the topic is the only relevant consideration; it limits the present evaluation to that standpoint. Keep this prepositional use distinct from 就 meaning then, precisely, or only in other patterns. The following noun phrase and predicate help reveal the intended relationship.
