How to use 有关的
跟 / 和 / 与 + topic + 有关的 + noun
有关 links something to a topic, person, or project. When followed by 的 and a noun, the whole phrase specifies which things are under discussion: those connected with that topic. This is useful for narrowing information, documents, stories, or matters without listing each one. 跟 and 和 are common conversational choices, while 与 often suits more formal wording.
Keep the topic after the preposition and the noun after 有关的. If the sentence instead directly states that something is related, 有关 can serve in the predicate without the following modifier structure. 无关 expresses a lack of connection. Choose the form according to whether you are describing a noun or making a complete statement about a relationship.
