How to use 至于
至于 + Topic， Comment
至于 introduces a related topic after some discussion is already in place. It often corresponds to as for or as to, shifting attention from what has been settled to another issue that needs a separate comment. The new topic may be a noun phrase or an embedded question about what, whether, or how something happens.
Place 至于 before the new topic and follow it with the relevant judgment or explanation. The connection to the earlier discussion should be recoverable, even when the comment is brief. This is why 至于 is less natural as a completely context-free opening. Its role is organizing related information, rather than necessarily expressing contrast or disagreement with what came before.

项目方案我给老板了。 至于老板同不同意，要看老板了。
I've given the project proposal to my boss. It's up to him whether he agrees or not.
他足球踢得不错， 至于篮球，那就一般了。
He is a good soccer player, but just average at basketball.
我很喜欢读书， 至于什么书，没有限制。
I like reading very much. As for what books, there are no limits.
我已经和你说很多了， 至于这个问题，你自己好好想想。
